Markov Decision Processes meet Abstraction Refinement

We show how to construct small optimal strategies for MDPs using strategy improvement. We represent strategies as a list of rules and directly perform strategy improvements over such strategies with little overhead. This is joint work with Nathanaël Fijalkow.
