Multi-view clustering (MVC) seeks to uncover the intrinsic group structures embedded in multi-view data, which has attracted considerable attention in recent years. Existing approaches predominantly concentrate on incorporating suitable model priors to capture consistency across views. However, these explicit constraints often fail to hold in scenarios involving significant modal differences between views or the presence of noise, thereby limiting the efficacy of these methods in more complex contexts. To address these issues, this paper introduces BONE, a lightweight and interpretable MVC framework that Bridges Optimization and Neural networks for Efficient MVC. By leveraging learnable parameters to extract high-level features from low-level features derived through classical optimization, BONE integrates the consistency information across views without the need for explicit prior constraints, while eliminating the necessity for pre-training or post-processing. Extensive experiments show that BONE achieves clustering performance comparable to or even better than existing deep MVC methods, while using only 1% of the parameters, offering a new perspective for designing efficient MVC algorithms.

DyCodeEval: Dynamic Benchmarking of Reasoning Capabilities in Code Large Language Models Under Data Contamination

The rapid advancement of code large language models (Code LLMs) underscores the critical need for effective and transparent benchmarking methods. However, current benchmarking predominantly relies on publicly available, human-created datasets. The widespread use of these static benchmark datasets makes the evaluation process particularly susceptible to data contamination—an unavoidable consequence of the extensive data collection processes employed during LLM training. Existing methods for addressing data contamination typically face significant limitations, including reliance on substantial human effort and difficulty in managing class imbalances. To overcome these challenges, we propose DyCodeEval, a novel benchmarking suite specifically designed to evaluate Code LLMs under realistic contamination scenarios. Given an initial seed programming problem, DyCodeEval utilizes multiple agents to systematically extract and modify contextual information without changing the core logic, generating semantically equivalent variations. We introduce a dynamic data generation method and conduct extensive empirical studies on two seed datasets involving 18 Code LLMs. The results demonstrate that DyCodeEval effectively assesses the reasoning capabilities of Code LLMs under contamination conditions while producing diverse problem variants, thereby ensuring robust and consistent benchmarking outcomes.

Learn to Reverse DNNs from AI Programs Automatically

With the privatization deployment of DNNs on edge devices, the security of on-device DNNs has raised significant concern. To quantify the model leakage risk of on-device DNNs automatically, we propose NNReverse, the first learning-based method which can reverse DNNs from AI programs without domain knowledge. NNReverse trains a representation model to represent the semantics of binary code for DNN layers. By searching the most similar function in our database, NNReverse infers the layer type of a given function’s binary code. To represent assembly instructions semantics precisely, NNReverse proposes a more fine-grained embedding model to represent the textual and structural-semantic of assembly functions.
